Return Policy

  If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a difference with your order,please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an e- mail or in online.We will then provide you with further instructions.
We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by us.

Returnable Items

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

1.    Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.

2.    Unworn and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving.

Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

  Worn, used or misused items.

Notes: All returns must be authorized by the circuitcraftpro Team via the Support Center. Returned item without Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.
